The visual online presence of Ethica Wines strictly adhered to the brand’s colors and fonts. Their posts felt cluttered, and the communication regarding the company focus was unclear. There was inconsistency in the topics and designs used for posts. Captions were lengthy, which can affect engagement and there was an overall lack of variety in content, with a focus on static posts instead of a combination of engaging and dynamic content like reels.
Shifted focus to highlight more of the content from each winery, beyond just Ethica Wines branding, and showcasing the brands represented with engaging and informative storytelling. Introduced reels featuring producer content, event coverage, and a monthly highlight series to enhance engagement.
